Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (local warehouse time) are processed the next business day.
- Made-to-order or drop-shipped items may require longer lead times; estimated ship dates will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
We offer:
- Standard Ground Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Freight Shipping for oversized or heavy items
- Expedited shipping options upon request

Shipping Coverage
Lab Equipment Direct ships exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
- We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- All shipping offers, including any free shipping promotions, apply only to standard ground shipping within these 48 states.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL Freight carriers, depending on item size, weight, and destination.
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
- Freight and oversized items may require a custom shipping quote.
- Free shipping offers, if applicable, are limited to standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
Freight Shipments
For large or heavy equipment:
- Curbside delivery is standard; inside delivery or liftgate service must be requested in advance and may incur added fees.
- Carefully inspect freight deliveries upon arrival. Note any visible or concealed damage on the delivery receipt.
- Retain all packaging if damage is suspected, and contact us within 24 hours.
Backorders & Delays
If your item is delayed or backordered, we will notify you with an estimated shipping timeframe.
You may choose to:
- Keep the item on backorder
- Select a substitute product
- Cancel for a full refund
Address Accuracy
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout.
- Lab Equipment Direct is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.
- Reshipping charges for failed deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.
Handling Fees
Certain items may incur a handling fee due to special packaging or documentation requirements.
